This course provides a practical guideline to reducing the energy demand of buildings through passive design solutions, focusing on key local climatic factors such as temperature, humidity, ventilation and wind direction, and on how the most appropriate actions can be implemented across European climates, using simulated values from three representative cities and climate zones (cold, temperate and hot). Through INTERACTIVE ACTIVITIES, participants will learn to identify the most effective passive measures adapted to their specific context.
