Social Simulation for City Climate Transition

Developed for the Athens Seasonal School 2026, this interactive training resource introduces the Solevento Social Simulation, where participants role-play city stakeholders to explore clean energy and building retrofitting policies. Through group negotiation, policy redesign, and reflection, it helps participants navigate complexity, uncertainty, ambiguity, collaboration challenges, and the adaptation of decarbonisation solutions to their own city contexts.
