UTMC Annual Conference - Daring Cities 2025, Bonn

Bonn, Germany - 17 June 2025 City leaders, urban practitioners, researchers, and mission partners gathered in Bonn for the UTMC Annual Conference 2025, held in collaboration with ICLEI – Local Governments for Sustainability as part of Daring Cities 2025. Organised by the Urban Transitions Mission Centre (UTMC), the conference highlighted the critical role of cities in accelerating climate-neutral, resilient, and people-centred urban transitions. The event showcased global efforts under the Urban Transitions Mission (UTM) and fostered exchange on key pathways such as clean energy, digital innovation, and inclusive governance. Participants explored practical solutions and shared local experiences, deepening international collaboration and strengthening the community of cities committed to achieving net-zero transitions.
